Countdown Timer Efficiency

13 Apr Old Growth at Nematona

Today I worked with Step 3 of Alex Mandossian’s  Marketing Minute – the use of a countdown timer during my prime-time hours. on my iPhone I set my timer for 1 hour. Then I worked on editing our new soundtrack from Spirit of Nematona.

Old Growth at Nematona

Titled “Sounds From The Dry Shed” this was  recorded at my mother’s home in Ontario from her 100 acre tree farm called Nematona.

Nematona, the goddess representing sacred groves is appropriate for this wonderful property.  Quiet, serene, calm and vast, with old-growth trees, and young newly planted seedlings. Ah, what a wonderful place to visit in the spring.

If you would like a free mp3 of Sounds From The Dry Shed, just write a comment on this blog post below, and I’ll send it along.

Creating My Master To-Do List

11 Apr

I started a new thing today.

Based on Alex Mandossian’s Marketing Minute Check List, I am working on creating my Master To-Do list one day ahead. I used to get up and write my to-do list every morning. That was great until I realized that I was always playing catch-up.

My First Master To-Do List

Today is the first day I prepared the night before. The great thing about this is that this morning when I looked at it I screamed Oh, MY God!  I had written 12 things to do TODAY! This is above and beyond my regular daily tasks. My stomach is churning. I’ve added more stress to my day, where I intended to have less. It is a race to get it all done. I still have groceries, house cleaning, shopping to do. And if that isn’t enough, I added one more task at the bottom – “food business cards”. Am I the only one so crazy? Is there anyone else out there who overloads?

Well, I’m going for it. I’m still on target and aim to hit the bulls eye.  I’ll see how realistic my list was. Check out Alex Mandossian’s Minute Marketing site and get this brilliant Minute Marketing check list for FREE.
